Anything we can do in about 30 minutes without adding new functionality: copy changes, image swaps, style tweaks, hours, menus, prices, adding a testimonial or FAQ entry. Most requests fall here.

What's an advanced revision?

New pages, layout restructures, new features or integrations, e-commerce changes — anything that needs engineering judgment. Those get a free itemized quote first, and nothing bills until you approve it.

What if I run out of revisions?

Extra basic revisions use the current published à-la-carte rate shown in the request flow. Quotas reset monthly and don't roll over. If you keep hitting the ceiling, ask your agent about moving up a tier.

Can you take over a site someone else built?

Usually, yes. We review the code and hosting first — if we can stand behind it, we migrate it onto our infrastructure, put backups and monitoring in place, and care for it like one of our own builds. If it needs work before we can maintain it properly, you get a straight answer and a free itemized quote.

Submit the cancellation from your project Billing tab in the portal — no phone call is required. It schedules the plan to end at the close of the current paid period, subject to the notice and timing requirements in the Terms. Your domain and content remain yours.
