Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds, credits, and cancellations apply across CORE services — one-time build fees, monthly care and service plans, shop purchases, and metered AI usage. It should be read together with our Terms of Service and Service Agreement.
1. Overview
Prices shown in our estimator and cart are previews, not final invoices, and exclude tax and variable usage fees. A binding amount is only created when CoreTV LLC issues an invoice or quote that you approve. This policy governs amounts actually charged.
Because our work is custom and delivered in stages, refunds are handled by the type of charge rather than a single blanket window.
2. One-time build fees
Build fees are billed against milestones (for example: kickoff, design approval, build, and launch). Work already completed and delivered at the point of cancellation is non-refundable, because it represents engineering time already spent on your behalf.
If you cancel before a milestone begins, any portion of that milestone not yet started is refundable or simply not charged. Deposits reserve scheduled engineering capacity and are non-refundable once your build is queued, but may be credited toward a future build at our discretion.
3. Care plans & recurring services
Monthly care plans, SEO, ads management, AI receptionist, and similar recurring services are billed in advance for the period. You can cancel any time, self-serve, from your portal; your plan then runs to the end of the period already paid for and does not renew.
We do not pro-rate partial months, and unused monthly allowances (such as included revisions) do not roll over or convert to cash. Annual prepayments cancelled mid-term are credited for whole unused months at our discretion, less any discount that was contingent on the annual commitment.
4. Shop purchases
Productized purchases made through the shop are refundable before work begins. Once fulfillment or provisioning has started, the same milestone rules as build fees apply.
Third-party costs we pass through on your behalf — domains, licenses, paid app subscriptions, and similar — follow that vendor's own refund rules and are generally non-refundable once purchased.
5. AI & usage fees
Metered usage — AI voice minutes, chatbot messages, SMS, and similar — reflects real costs already incurred with the underlying provider and is non-refundable once consumed. Your dashboard shows usage as it accrues so there are no surprises.
6. How to request a refund
To request a refund or raise a billing question, contact your account agent or our support team. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within a reasonable processing window. Where a charge is disputed in good faith, CoreTV LLC will work with you to resolve it before any payment is escalated.
7. Changes to this policy
CoreTV LLC may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect when a charge is made governs that charge. Material changes are published here and, where required, surfaced for acknowledgement in your portal.
