Current one-time build fees are Essential at $500, Enhanced at $750, Advanced at $1,000. For a managed live site, current Care options are Essential Care at $49/month, Enhanced Care at $94/month, Advanced Care at $179/month, Enterprise Care at $419/month. Optional services and usage-based costs are itemized separately in the estimate builder; a larger custom build receives a written Enterprise quote.

What's the difference between the three build tiers?

Essential ($500): Landing/marketing site (1–3 pages), basic SEO, contact form, mobile optimized Enhanced ($750): Everything in Essential + CMS/blog, full analytics, Google Business Profile setup Advanced ($1,000): A larger website built from approved reusable templates, with richer content and commerce-ready customer journeys. Custom layouts, application screens, authentication, payments, booking, integrations, and business logic are separately scoped. The estimate builder uses these same live catalog options and can recommend the right fit.

What if my project is bigger than the Advanced tier?

That's an Enterprise build — web applications, complex integrations, multi-system workflows, or very large sites. There's no fixed price; we scope it with you and put a real, honest number on it after a call. Start in the estimate builder for a range.

Are there any hidden fees?

Accepted Answer

The estimate builder itemizes one-time and recurring charges before you talk to us. It also identifies variable usage and third-party spend that cannot be included in a fixed subtotal. Applicable tax is finalized at checkout or invoicing from the billing details on file.

Do you offer discounts for paying annually?

Accepted Answer

Annual billing is currently enabled with a global 15% discount from the monthly list-price total. Individual products can have a separately configured cadence discount; the itemized estimate builder is the final live price before purchase.

Do you ever run sales or promotions?

Accepted Answer

From time to time, yes. When a promotion is running it's shown right in the pricing and the estimate builder, so the number you see is the number you pay — no coupon-hunting required. The published tier prices are always the honest baseline.

Do I own my site, or is it a buyout option?

Accepted Answer

You own your content, your domain, and your data from day one. Most clients stay on the care-plan model, where we host and maintain everything for the recurring fee. Full website ownership uses the published buyout formula: a $99 transfer fee plus 50% of the full build list price, with that price component declining over 36 months until only the transfer fee remains. Your exact price, progress, and effective-date options appear under Billing → Ownership & buyout in the portal.

How long does it take to launch?

Essential builds typically go live in 1–2 weeks, Enhanced and Advanced in 2–4 depending on scope. You get a launch date before we start.

Who actually builds my site?

A vetted engineer agent, coordinated by your sales agent — the same person who answers your questions before and after launch. No outsourcing roulette.

Do I get to approve the design?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You review the design and the finished site on a private preview link, and nothing goes live without your sign-off.

Can you move my existing site over?

Accepted Answer

Yes — migrations from WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, and others are routine, including content and SEO redirects.

What does a care plan include?

Essential Care is $49/month and includes 2 basic revisions per month; Enhanced Care is $94/month and includes 4 basic revisions per month; Advanced Care is $179/month and includes 8 basic revisions per month; Enterprise Care is $419/month and includes 16 basic revisions per month. Every published Care plan also includes managed hosting, SSL, maintenance, monitoring, backups, and a monthly inspection. Optional hosting or database upgrades remain separate quote lines, and the Care list price has no automatic year-two increase.

What uptime do you target?

We target 99.9% uptime on eligible monitored, managed hosting. Monitoring creates an operational alert when a configured check fails; response times and any service credits follow the written SLA and its exclusions.

Can I cancel my care plan?

Accepted Answer

Submit the cancellation from your project Billing tab in the portal — no phone call is required. It schedules recurring services to end at the close of the current paid period, subject to the notice and timing requirements in the Terms. The portal tracks the request and effective date. If you want to keep the website itself, review the ownership buyout first because cancelling hosting affects dependent services.

Do you do more than build the website?

Yes — the website is the foundation, and you can layer on everything needed to actually grow the business: SEO, an AI receptionist and website chatbot, paid ads, business email, an admin dashboard/CRM, a customer portal, logins, and more. You can add these when we build, or later. You don't even need a new site to buy them — the estimate builder has a services-only option.

Can you help me get found on Google (SEO)?

Yes. SEO comes in tiers — from on-page essentials (titles, sitemaps, clean structure so Google can index you) up to an active campaign with keyword strategy, local SEO, backlink outreach, and monthly reporting. We'll recommend the right level for how competitive your market is. Your agent prices it against your goals.

Do you offer an AI receptionist or chatbot?

Both. The AI Receptionist answers your phone (and texts, if you want), qualifies callers, and books appointments into your calendar so a missed call stops meaning a missed customer. The AI Chatbot lives on your site, is trained on your services and FAQs, and captures leads 24/7. Both are fully managed — we configure, connect, and tune them for you.

Can you run my ads?

Accepted Answer

Yes — done-for-you campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google: strategy, creative, targeting, and ongoing optimization with clear reporting. Your ad budget is billed separately by Meta or Google; the management fee is quoted by your agent.

Can you set up business email — Google Workspace or Microsoft 365?

Yes. We offer managed business email, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365 — set up on your domain, with mailboxes priced per user and handled for you. If you already have one, we'll route email correctly when your site goes live.

Question 20

Can you add extra mailboxes on my domain?

Accepted Answer

Yes — mailboxes are managed per seat, so you can add users as your team grows. Your agent itemizes CORE's administration fee and the provider's separate per-seat licenses alongside your build or care plan.

Can customers or my team log in and manage things?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We build customer portals (a logged-in area where your customers self-serve their orders, bookings, documents, or invoices) and an Admin Dashboard & CRM (a private back-office to manage leads, customers, bookings, and content). For more demanding needs there's an advanced managed authentication system with roles and single sign-on.

Can you add a map, or show my Google reviews?

Accepted Answer

Yes — an Interactive Map for locations and directions, and a Google Reviews widget that pulls your real reviews onto the site to build trust. Both are quick add-ons your agent can include in your estimate.

Can you build something custom with AI?

Accepted Answer

Yes — beyond the receptionist and chatbot, we build scoped Custom AI Tools for document review, intake, classification, drafting, routing, and other supervised workflows. We test supported Anthropic, OpenAI, or Gemini models against the task, then document the data flow, human review points, integrations, hosting, and usage costs in the scope.

Do I own my domain?

A domain purchased through CORE is registered for the client using the registrant details collected at checkout. You remain the registrant. A transfer-out request can be opened from the portal; our team handles the registrar unlock and authorization code subject to registry transfer rules and the account being in good standing.

Can I use a domain I already own?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our wizard shows you exactly which nameservers to point at us; we detect the change and take over DNS management from there. Your registrar stays yours.

How do renewals work?

Accepted Answer

Domains bought through us show the expiration and renewal state in the portal. Renewal is not automatic: contact Support before the registrar deadline and approve the separate paid renewal transaction. Registry restrictions, timing, and the live renewal price still apply.

Question 27

What counts as a basic revision?

Accepted Answer

Anything we can do in about 30 minutes without adding new functionality: copy changes, image swaps, style tweaks, updating hours/menus/prices, adding a testimonial or FAQ item.

What's an advanced revision?

Accepted Answer

New pages, layout restructures, new features or integrations, e-commerce changes — anything needing engineering judgment. Those get a free itemized quote from your agent first.

What if I use all my monthly revisions?

Accepted Answer

Extra basic revisions are $25 each, purchasable in the request flow when the included monthly quota is exhausted. Quotas reset monthly and do not roll over.

Can my bill change without my approval?

Accepted Answer

A change you request to plan, scope, cadence, or billing date is confirmed before it is saved and applies prospectively. Separately, a catalog-wide or vendor-driven rate change may apply after the advance notice required by our Terms; it is not applied silently or mid-period, and you can cancel before its effective date.

What happens if a payment fails?

We mark the account past due, notify available account contacts by email and SMS, and Stripe may retry the payment automatically. No site action is taken during the 3-day grace period. After that, eligible managed sites may be temporarily gated once the hosting change is confirmed. A successful payment clears the delinquency and triggers restoration; any provider failure is sent for manual review.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Major cards are processed securely by Stripe. The checkout or hosted invoice shows the payment methods available for that charge. Card details are collected by Stripe rather than stored in CORE's application database.

Question 33

Can I pick my billing date?

Accepted Answer

A billing day can be set on the client account and applied to future billing periods. Ask your account agent to change it; the effective date and any existing invoice are confirmed before the update is saved.
